Responsibilities

-General office administration and full secretarial duties including phone coverage, arranging & coordinating meetings, filing of materials etc
-Booking with travel agencies and hotels and follow up travel itineraries
-Being time-sensitive and detail-minded in organizing business work schedules and completing tasks efficiently
-Work on ad-hoc and other tasks as directed

Requirements

-Higher Diploma + minimum 7 years solid experience in handling secretarial and office administrative duties
