We are recruiting for Receptionist and Administration Assistant
Our client is listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The comprehensive range of pipes, fittings, and other related accessories of different materials, applications, and brand names in Hong Kong. Due to business expansion, we are recruiting for high caliber candidates to apply for the following position:
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general reception duties at the reception area, including greeting and serving visitors;
- Handling phone calls, in/out mails/fax, and couriers arrangement;
- Handle general administrative duties including office supplies, repair and maintenance, procurement, office renovation, travel arrangement, hotel and ticket booking etc.
- Responsible for meeting room reservation and managing tidiness of the reception, meeting room, and pantry area;
- Supervise office assistant for daily routines;
- Assist in organizing company activities and ad hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- F.7 or above with 3 years of relevant working experience in reception and administration;
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Mature, proactive, and strong sense of responsibility;
- Good communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
