Project Manager (Charity)

Our client is a UN-recognized world leader in ecological restoration and desertification control. They were listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2000, one of the leading green digital finance platforms powered by a safe, reliable, and scala.  Now., they are recruiting one event coordinator to join their expanding company team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Planning and organizing fund-raising projects;
  2. Strong networks in broad media sectors, broad education sectors, NPO sector able to anchor sponsorship from cooperators, government, etc..
  3. Communicate with internal and external parties concerning various event / Charity projects; Coordinate the fundraising-related administration works, handle donation activities, manage the donors/sponsors/ volunteers’ database, and follow-up inquiries.
  4. Coordinate charity projects and ad-hoc projects as required.
  5. Manage budget and time effectively
  6. Manage the relationship with donors and corporate sponsors;
  7. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize distribution routes and maximize the impact of donated resources.
  8. Be responsible for ensuring that KPIs are reached and maintained.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in a sizeable organization.
  • Capable of multitasking on tight deadlines
  • Strong project management, multitasking, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager, Corporate Communications, and Public Relations.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the chairman.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
