Merchandiser (Japanese Speaking)

Our client is a well-established plastic toys HK company specializing in Japanese toy products. Their products are high quality and regarded by customers. At present, they are URGENTLY recruiting a position of Japanese Speaking Merchandiser immediately to cope with our business growth.

Responsibilities for Merchandiser recruiting:

• Handle order processing
• Responsible for product sourcing, product development, product presentation, and quotation preparation, order management, shipment control, and communications between overseas customers and factories
• Assist in sample handling, order, and liaison with Japanese clients as required
• Communicate and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, Japanese customers, and internal parties to ensure the production and shipment are on the right track and ship on time.
• Experienced in handling inquiries, orders, and projects, to ensure product quality and delivery meeting standards

Requirements

• Form 5 / DSE or Diploma in related graduated.
• Good spoken and written Japanese,
• Create and maintain an organized workflow of purchasing activities and data sharing to keep all counterparts up to date on supply issues.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Min 1 – 2 years solid experience in the sundries/toys industry.
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of commitment and ability to work under pressure & overtime
• Well-organized, with good interpersonal & communication skills
• Travel to China is required.

Package:

• 5 days work at Kwun Tong, (9:00am – 6:00pm)
• Medical, Double Pay with Discretionary Bonus
• 20K – 22K / Month
